This 10 month opportunity will give you the opportunity to explore China and South East Asia. Expand your horizon and immerse yourself into a new culture. Placement Information
We wil try to accommodate your needs the best we can. If you would like the big city life we are happy to place you there or if more rural China is your cup of tea. We will try to find you something that suits
your prefences.
School: Both Public and private schools are available
Job Title: English Teacher
Work day : Varies from region to region likely to be normal school week i.e. Weekdays 8am – 4pm no weekend work.
Accommodation: most of our partners will provide accommodation we will advise accordingly and guide you through the process to find your own.
Salary: £1000-£2000, depending on the region
Flights—most rounds trips flights will be reimbursed by our partners.
Intake ( Every year)
Start date: Just before the school year which is at the beginning of September

Pay your first instalment to secure your place and we will help get your TEFL sorted. This is needed on whichever overseas path you decide to take. Payment Structure
We want to make the payments as manageable as possible. Your first payment guarantees your place and then rest will have to be paid when your placement is confirmed.
After your first instalment you will receive log in details for TEFL and this qualification is yours for life.
Additional Fees
The visa from the UK costs around £200.
As part of the process you need to Apostille your degree, Criminal Record and TEFL which can range between £150 – £200 per document; it’s likely to be around £150 for UK applicants.
Additionally, China like many other countries will require travel insurance and as you may be travelling to different regions in Asia; we highly recommend travel insurance which is around £400 – £500 for 12 months; however you may be able to shop to get something that better suit you.
Of course you have to get there and a flight from the UK to China will cost around £500 one way; which is highly likely to be reimbursed.
A medical may be needed before you go to China; we will try our best to place you where you this not needed. Medicals will cost from zero pounds to a few hundred pounds.
As you get to China you will need small buffer of cash to help you settle this can range between £500- £1000, depending on your accommodation plans.
We advise applicants to decide what vaccinations they feel they need, and their own appetite to risk, which will cost around £100 each but this can vary.
